Terms and conditions for using FixSense
Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FixSense ("Service"), operated by FixSense ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
FixSense is a SaaS platform that analyzes CI/CD test failures using AI and optionally generates automated fix suggestions. The Service integrates with GitHub via a GitHub App and processes data from your CI pipelines.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization (if applicable) to these Terms. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account and Access
- You access FixSense by signing in with GitHub or Google OAuth.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- FixSense offers Free, Pro, and Team subscription plans.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.
- Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
5. Auto-Fix Feature (BYOK)
- The auto-fix feature requires you to provide your own AI API key ("Bring Your Own Key").
- FixSense does not store your API key on our servers — it is configured as a GitHub Actions secret in your repository.
- AI API usage costs for auto-fix are billed directly by your AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) and are not included in your FixSense subscription.
6. Data and Privacy
- FixSense processes CI failure data (test names, error messages, stack traces) to provide analysis.
- We do not access or store your source code. Auto-fix runs entirely within your GitHub Actions runner.
- See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
- Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means.
8. Intellectual Property
- FixSense and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us.
- Your code and data remain yours. We claim no ownership over your repositories or test results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be retained according to your plan's retention period, after which it will be deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
