FixSense refund and cancellation policy
Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 3, 2026
Subscription Plans
FixSense offers monthly subscription plans (Free, Pro, Team). All paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy.
Free Trial
FixSense offers a generous Free plan (350 analyses/month) that allows you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to use the Free plan to ensure FixSense meets your needs.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy billing dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of the billing period.
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of first payment: If you are unsatisfied with FixSense, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. No questions asked.
- After 14 days: Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outage, billing errors).
- Unused months: If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period.
Downgrades
- You may downgrade from Team to Pro, or from Pro to Free, at any time.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
- Analysis data beyond your new plan's retention period will be deleted after the downgrade.

- Reason for the refund request
- Date of the payment in question
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
